We want you to actually sleep better. Try Genion for a full 30 nights. If you don't love it, email us for a full refund of the product price — no long forms, no gotchas.

How to request a refund

1. Email hello@genion.co within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a short note about why it wasn't right for you (this helps us improve).
2. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
3. Ship the item back. Once we receive it, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Who pays return shipping

• Change of mind returns: the customer covers return shipping.
• Damaged, defective, or wrong item: we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund. Please include a photo in your first email so we can sort it out fast.

Condition of returned items

For hygiene reasons, mouth tape and any opened facial serums cannot be returned once used. The jawline strap, jaw trainer, and gua sha tools can be returned after use as part of the 30-night guarantee — just send them back clean.

EU / EEA statutory withdrawal

If you're in the EU or EEA, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on unused items. Our 30-night guarantee is more generous, so most customers just use that.
