Shipping Policy

Free shipping over $50

Orders over $50 ship free, worldwide. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched from our fulfilment partner within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Estimated delivery

• Norway: 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Rest of Europe: 4–8 business days
• United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

These are estimates from our carriers. Customs clearance or local courier delays can occasionally add a few days.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Customs and duties

For deliveries outside the EU/EEA, local import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We can't predict these upfront — check with your local customs office if you're unsure.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in 10+ business days, email hello@genion.co with your order number and we'll sort it out with the carrier.

Wrong address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can re-ship for the cost of shipping or refund the order minus original shipping.
